HOW LONG DOES MY DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two important components:

2) Delivery time (5-10 business days depending on destination):
The duration of delivery is calculated from pickup at our international shipping center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery destination.
● Austria: 5-10 business days * (Standard Shipping)
● Germany: 5-10 business days * (Standard Shipping)
● Switzerland: 5-10 business days * (Standard Shipping)
* All delivery times stated above exclude customs and associated customs delays. During periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers, delays may occur.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently, we offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide as a special service.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be sent in several partial deliveries.
WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACKING NOT WORKING?
In certain cases, the shipping company needs 1-2 business days to update the package's location. We ask for your understanding and a little patience in these cases.
